Hi!
my name is Alec Troemel, and you found my website!
Im a Christian, and currently attend Eastview Christian Church Bloomington Campus. I currently work at this cool place called Mirus Research and in my freetime enjoy creating things. If I've peaked your curiousity, maybe start with a game or song.

- đī¸ Continued listening to The Wizard, the Witch, and the Wild One: Arc 2 by Worlds Beyond Number

đ Completed reading Journey to the Center of the Earth by Jules Verne
Good solid fun adventure. Verne is a master of creating quirky characters, even though they may not change that much throughout the story. This specific story also has way too many geology words, I honestly would skip past whenever the professor started listing rock types. I also learned half-way through that I was reading an older & less true translation. I'll try to find the 'good' translations next time I feel the itch for Voyages Extraordinaires.
- đ Continued reading Murdle: Volume 1 by G T Karber
-
đ Completed reading There's Treasure Everywhere: A Calvin and Hobbes Collection by Bill Watterson
Growing up I always was aware of Calvin & Hobbes but never really read them. Honestly I kinda feel like I missed a common childhood experience. Well after mentioning that to a friend he gifted me this book (thanks Whales!!). Calvin is such an enjoyable little punk, and it feels super good to come across a comic strip that perfectly captures a friend or personal experience.

Other places you can find me ...
Nope.
Every social platform has decided to train AI slop models on my data, so I've pretty much decided to leave all of them. I guess I'll keep my git repos at SourceHut until Skynet sends a dronestrike to destroy them.
